DEFINITIONS

"Buyer" means the individual or organization who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller" Contract" means the contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions "Goods" means the articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller "Seller" means Picosoft that owns and operates www.computerdoctor.co.in  "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller "Website" means www.computerdoctor.co.in AND We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

 

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices and charges on this site are in Indian Rupees. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. installation), plus any applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you visit one of our stores. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. Payment of the price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.

Paisa Pay: The easiest way to pay for most of the items is on eBay. We only ship the goods on the address registered with Paisa Pay

EXCHANGE POLICY

While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange one item for another item. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply obtain an RMA number to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. When your RMA is received and has completed our return process (please allow 14-21 business days), you will see a credit for the product reflected onto your original credit card statement. Picosoft must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any items. If you have chosen to place a new order, a temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse. Should you decide that you would like to return the product you ordered, we will accept requests for credit back to the original credit card up to 7 days of the receipt of the item, less any and shipping and handling fees you have paid. If you are receiving a credit to your credit card, please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

STORE CREDIT

Picosoft will automatically issue store credit for approved returned items that are after our 7 day return policy and up to 60 days of your purchase. Please note that store credits expire after 60 days of the return of goods and are non-transferable. If you do not use your store credit, within the allotted time, the store credit will be removed from our records and you will not be able to redeem the credit. Please be aware that store credits are for the original purchase price of the item and exclude all shipping charges along with any duties and taxes that may have been incurred. When you are ready to use your store credit, please contact one of our customer care team at +91 8820352233.

 

ADDRESS CORRECTION

Occasionally our customers mis-type their delivery address in the shopping cart and their product cannot be delivered. If your product was shipped via DTDC and there is an incorrect address, the product will be shipped back to us as undeliverable. The DTDC does not allow us to correct the address and re-direct the shipment for an incorrect address. If we are notified that your address is “undeliverable” we will notify you via email and ask for your correct address. We will be glad to re-ship you a replacement product but we will have to charge you a Rs. 200.00 address correction and re-shipping fee. Please be careful to make sure your address is correct when you enter it into the shopping cart.

 

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

If your product is defective, you may qualify for a warranty replacement of the item. DC power jacks and backlight bulbs carry no warranty. Upon receiving your warranty replacement, please allow 14-21 business days to process your warranty replacement. Once the item goes though our team of inspectors, we will ship your replacement item to you. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping on your warranty replacement, please contact us at +91 8820352233 and one of our customer care team will be happy to assist you. Please note that warranty replacement only covers the actual defective item and not any additional charges paid by the customer such as shipping or duties and taxes. If you do not wish to wait the 14-21 business days to replace a defective item, you may choose to place a new order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse. Picosoft must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any items.

 

MIS-SHIPPED ORDERS

On the rare occasion that you receive a product that you did not order, please notify Picosoft within the first 2 days of the receipt of your package. Once we have determined that you have indeed been shipped the incorrect item, we will re-ship you the correct item that you did order. We will re-ship the correct item using the same shipping method of your original purchase. We will also make arrangements for DTDC to pick up the mis-shipped order, and return it to us. DTDC will make two (2) attempts to pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within the two (2) attempts, the service will be cancelled and it will then become your responsibly to return the incorrect item back to us at your expense. We must receive the incorrect item back within 7 business days.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN AN RMA

To obtain an RMA number please contact one of our customer care team at +91 8820352233, Monday through Saturday, 11:00am - 6:00pm. After speaking with one of our customer care team, you will be given an RMA number along with instructions on returning your order. Please follow the instructions given. Any packages received without prior return authorization will be refused back to the shipper. All RMA numbers will expire after 15 days of issuance. If your product is not received within 15 days of issuance, the RMA number will expire and you will not qualify for another RMA number. Please be sure to write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your package in an area that will not be hidden by a shipping label. Incorrect RMA numbers will result in a slower processing time. Picosoft recommends that you return your unwanted product via DTDC Certified, Return Receipt so that you will be able to verify the delivery of your return if necessary. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller’s agents or employees.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kolkata.


All manufacturer brand names, logos and trademarks (such as Apple, Compaq, Dell, Gateway, HP, IBM, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, etc) are the property of their respective holders and while we make reference to brand name merchandise we are in no way endorsed by or associated with these companies. Any use of a brand name or model designation for a non-OEM product is made solely for purposes of demonstrating compatibility.
